It all begins with Francesco, a chef from Abruzzo who moves from Rome, where he lives for work, to Capri to work at the Hotel Quisisana restaurant. The island holds him back both for his uncontaminated beauty and because on it he meets the love of his life, Teresa; he therefore decided to open a restaurant first in Piazza Umberto I, and then move to the current restaurant in via Le Botteghe and thus found La Capannina.
