“The idea of opening a bar came more than twenty-five years ago,” Francesco explains. “During the busiest evenings, there was a need to find a way for guests to wait—a space that was both comfortable and where they could begin to experience the restaurant’s atmosphere. This led to the idea of creating a small bar, initially conceived almost as a simple waiting area.” “That bar, born almost out of necessity, is now an integral part of the restaurant experience. It has become a meeting point, a
moment of pleasure that anticipates dinner and often accompanies it. In fact, upon request, guests seated at their table can receive the cocktail list, carefully selected and masterfully crafted by Benny, our trusted barlady for over twenty-five years.”
